These 3 images show the exterior of the Jubilee Building in Parnell - formerly the home of  The Foundation for the Blind.

The Parnell Library occupies part of the ground floor of the building - it extends from the front entrance (image 1) around to the area on the right of the image in which there is a side door (image 2).
